This agreement is a legal document, which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Four Blank Walls, in relation to the services provided by us through this site. You agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use Four Blank Walls products and services.
Descriptions of goods and services included in the Four Blank Walls site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them.
All prices are displayed in English Pounds, however, we can also accept payment in the following currencies; US Dollars ($) and Euros (E) at the current days exchange rate. Your credit/debit card will be debited at the time of ordering.
Sizes and Colours
Four Blank Walls offers a wide range of sizes for paintings, canvases and Perspex. The sizes are listed in cm's but we can email you the relevant Inch details or you can divide the cm by 2.54.
Please note that you are viewing images on a low-resolution screen so these may change depending on your screen settings. If you are unsure about any colours shown then please call us on 0162 751 596
Sizes are usually landscape but may be portrait depending on the image. For example, some Banksy images are taller than wide. You can usually tell by the image shown in the gallery.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints are all made by hand to your specific requirements in our studion. These are available at a wide range of sizes including examples listed on our site. These sizes do not constitute a list or catalogue of sizes and are "bespoke items". We cannot refund items that are not wanted but can refund for items that are damaged or not as stated subject to our right or replacement listed below. These terms also apply to paintings and perspex/acrylic prints.
Resolution
With regard to canvas prints and perspex prints, you should ensure that your image is suitable for printing. Please ask us if you are unsure.
Delivery
Delivery within mainland UK is our standard rate listed when you click “buy now” under any artwork. This is usually no more than £10.00
Delivery outside of the mainland such as N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc should contact us for the best shipping rates. We do have excellent rates we can offer.
Delivery to the USA and Canada should always ask before purchasing, as this can be expensive. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled because you did not ask for an overseas price prior to ordering.
Delivery times
We try to deliver artwork during normal times within 7-10 days. If you need something urgently then please check first. We may take longer very busy times such as sales or due to a shortage of materials and as such cannot give an accurate delivery date. Please ask if you are unsure prior to ordering. You should contact Four Blank Walls if you have not received your parcels and we reserve the right to replace any missing, faulty or incorrect items. We cannot always gaurantee items for delivery by specific dates so you should check first prior to ordering. We cannot cancel an order that is time sensative after you have ordered if we were not made aware of this date.
Delivery Addresses
Our system doesn't allow you to add a separate delivery address for your order so please email this to us at info@fourblankwalls.co.uk once you have placed your order. You must provide us with a daytime telephone number where we can reach you. If we have any delays or problems we will need to call you. If we do not have a telephone number we cannot inform you of that information.
Damaged items
Damaged items are very rare as we have excellent packaging. Where an item is damaged or mislaid in the post, we reserve the right to replace this item.Damaged items can be only be claimed for where the parcel is reported damaged on the same day of delivery. If an item is being signed for by another party or reception etc, they should also follow these guidelines and be made aware of this policy.
